General health and well-being are dependent on a robust imune system. Here are a few tips to boost your immune system:


  1. Follow a balanced diet: A diet that is well-rounded and abundant in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, and healthy fats provide the vital elements needed to promote immunological function. Zinc and vitamin C, which are both included in nuts and seeds as well as citrus fruits and bell peppers, are particularly well recognized for strengthening the immune system.

  2. Regular physical activity: Exercise enhances circulation and supports a strong immune system. More than 150min of activity is recommended per week.

  3. Get sleep: The body releases cytokines, substances that assist in controlling immunological responses, during sleep. 7-9 hours of sleep each night is a must.

  4. Probiotic foods: Foods rich with probiotics like yoghurt and kefir can help with gut health and immunity.
